What is PBcollect?

PBcollect is PBT Couriers' automated pick-up request service. It allows you to quickly and conveniently order a courier pick-up online at www.pbt.com.

How do I receive a PIN number?

Every PBT Couriers account has a six-digit PBcollect PIN number allocated to it at the time of account opening.

To receive the PIN number loaded for your account, click here to email us. Please remember to include the following information:

• Company name
• PBT Couriers account number
• Your name
• New pick-up address to be loaded

How do I order a pick-up ONLINE?

Simply follow four easy steps click here to email PBT for your login code and password):

1. Go to www.pbt.com.
2. Click on the ‘PBcollect’ button on the screen.
3. If you have already entered your login code and password in another e-service, you’ll be taken straight into the PBcollect page. If not, you will be prompted to enter your login code and password. Then press ‘GO’
   The PBcollect page will appear. It will display the PIN number and pick-up address associated with your account number. A job number will also be allocated for the pick-up request. (We recommend you record the job number and use it for any enquiries relating to this pick-up).
4. Check that the pick-up information is correct and then press the ‘Confirm’ button to order the courier pick-up. Your request will be entered directly into our collection system and lodged immediately with your courier.

How do I change a pick-up address?

To change the pick-up details, click on the ‘Change’ button. This will reset information on the PBcollect page. Enter the new PIN number (associated with your account) and press ‘GO’ (refer below for instructions to add another PIN number). The pick-up address associated with the new PIN number will be displayed.

Check that the new pick-up address is correct. Then press the ‘Confirm’ button to order your courier pick-up. To cancel your order at any time, click on the ‘Cancel’ button. To print the page at any time, click on the ‘Print’ button.

How do I add another PIN number (and pick-up address) TO my account?

To have an additional PIN number (and pick-up address) loaded for your account, click here to email us. Please remember to include the following information:

• Company name
• PBT Couriers account number
• Your name
• New pick-up address to be loaded

How do I order a PBcollect phone pick-up?

PBcollect by phone works in 3 easy steps:

1. Call PBcollect (refer table below for your local number)
2. Listen to instructions and enter your six-digit PIN number to order an automatic pick-up
3. Press 1 to confirm, 2 to change or 3 to cancel. Once confirmed your request is entered directly into our collection system and lodged immediately with your courier.
